Busy. Really, crazy, busy.

Truthfully, we took some time to do other things the last month or so. We had a hole in our wedding schedule, and decided to take full advantage before the busy season starts (which this year appears to be from around now, to around October. Love it!)

This past week we’ve been back to it, shot a wedding last week.. had a computer crash, bought a new one (still setting it up).. shot two engagements yesterday. As of today, we’re finally ready to start editing again, so we’ll be hustling out some blog posts as soon as we can get through some of this work. Meanwhile, here’s a snap from one of yesterday’s shoots.

Out of focus, barely off-center, flared-out, and a crop-point on the couple that’s sure to elicit a couple of grandparent-complaints. A complete technical misfire.

Couldn’t be happier with it. – More coming soon!

Jaime and Beau are perfect examples of the best part about our job – our clients are awesome to hang out with! The four of us played around at the Bernardo Winery, took some photos, and tasted some wine. We can’t wait to shoot their wedding; it’s really going to be an incredible event.

February 26th . . . Jenn and Mick ~ Wedding!

True story: We would attend Jenn and Mick’s wedding over and over and over, if space and time were open to that.

It was rad. Their friends and family are a fun bunch, and the whole thing really went off without a hitch. Lots of love, laughs, and debauchery… in just the right amounts. On top of that, the wedding was on an incredible cliff in Ocean Beach, and the weather and light couldn’t have been better.

It was also our first time working with Melanie from Something Blue Weddings, and we hope to work with her again soon. Jenn, Mick, and Mel really put on an incredible event.
