Hi, everyone-- This is a rare blog post from the Mrs.!

This weekend, we were able to photograph new baby Brighton, daughter of the wonderful Tim and Brooklyn from Univ. We haven't done a newborn session in quite some time, but we sure did get lucky with her. Brighton was awake (which Mom and Dad claimed was a miracle), alert, happy, and apparently totally ready to rock out (see below).

Tim and Brooklyn, thank you so much for having us over to meet your little one. We can't wait for her 6-month session!

Jaime and Beau throw an amazing party! They had their ceremony and reception at an amazing spot in Carlsbad called Levyland. It's a house right on the lagoon with the beach nestled directly below the bridge on the way to Oceanside. Amazing venue! The wedding was so full of the couple's personality-- from food to colors to paper cranes-- and everything went off without a hitch. We'd recommend every vendor they hired, without a doubt.

Oh, and everyone should probably play Rock Band at their wedding.
